The Arsta railway Bridge is the new double-track Arsta railway bridge

The new bridge will span Stockholm’s Arstaviken bay, with a length of 833 meters / 2732 feet. The bridge will include service roads on each side of the tracks with pedestrian and bicycle paths.

Aim of monitoring:

The aims are The comparison of the monitoring results with theoretical hypotheses control of the bridge behaviour during construction, testing period, and life span. Verify the uncertainties of bridge design, increase know-how for future projects integrating monitoring in bridge design
